Apparently 64% of the bets in Vegas are on KC, but 84% of the sharp money (big wagers) is on SF.

The Taylor Swift fans are teenagers, a $10 bet is big money when they have to spend $35 on each of those vinyl reissues.  Most of those girls aren't old enough for OF.

I was thinking about the super bowl when I fell asleep last night.  I dreamt that I was driving a car up a busy street.  It was night and the road was slick.  To top it all off, I had no brakes, and the car began to go backwards.  It was a steep street and I backed into some cars.  I counted four distinct impacts.  I could clearly hear the sounds of breaking headlight glass and crumpling sheet metal.  After I woke up, I started to think about it.  I looked the dream up and couldn't get any meaning out of it in regards to the super bowl game.  It only applied to myself, the past, and regrets I might have in life.  But then I had the thought that the street was a 'Street of San Francisco' so the 49ers!  I'm not sure what the number four signifies, possibly touchdowns, or field goals? Who knows?  Or which team is the 'car running backwards' for that matter.  I do remember pulling off the street at the end of the dream.  I drove onto a dirt road and was surrounded by tall, dark trees.

Are you sure you weren't dreaming that you were Patrick Mahomes Sr? 😁

As the game approaches, I'm finding myself pulling for the 49ers, though I still think the Chiefs will take it.  I see a nasty ankle injury in my minds eye, but which player it will be, I can't say.  Looking forward to Usher at half time.  Bare in mind, he's a singer, not a rapper, and a good one at that. The guy isn't young.  I believe he's 45 years old.  Will Taylor make a guest appearance at half time?  Now that would be a surprise.  Speaking of which, what if KC wins and the players are all gathered together on the trophy stand.  "Anything to say, Travis?"  "Yes," he says.  He gets down on one knee and asks Taylor, "Will you marry me?"  Now that would be another surprise.

I have the tv on cbs.  I wonder if I'll stay awake.  Jim Nance makes me drowsy.

This Super Bowl is already satisfying... The San Diego Chargers aren't in it.

I wonder if @Peter Wyngarde is enjoying the bastardized version of God Save the King?

3:30, time to go mow the grass.

I'll be turning it on at 5, buzzing thru kickoffs, halftime, and the timeouts and commercials, should time it about right to see the end live... damn neighbors around the corner will give some of away, whooping it up with every first down and complete pass.

So let it be written. So let it be done.
