PS, I'm not sure why, but I can't make one worth shit.  Very annoying. 

They're ok, but I'm missing something.

If we're talking just the basic taco with spicy ground beef, cheddar, lettuce and tomato I do those extremely well. Has to be aged cheddar for starters and I also add some hot sauce in with the beef along with the seasoning packet you get in the Old El Paso taco kits. The beef has to be pulsed in the food processor to get it a consistent fine ground texture. Shredded lettuce and a  tomato half-slice. Oh, and heated shells of course but not too heated. I'm doing those for Superbowl this year. Mmmm  might try and find some spicy monterey jack to shred with the cheddar. 

Going to cover it on episode 11. Must get as far past E7 as possible.

Batter... It caramelized and you can see it darkened up. It was 50% alcohol and 50% water. I think next time it'll be all alcohol. There was only a slight tinge of flavor in it.

As for tacos, I have come to like Southern California Mexican food so much more than Central Mexico tacos. Shredded beef is the key.

I drive quite a distance to this place, but it's worth it... This particular chain makes tacos right. This is full on fried shells, shredded beef heaven.

Been pumping them out too quick and in my inspired haste quality has given way to quantity. I may have to call everybody a cunt in the near future.

Circling the drain?

I saw a video on the Nigerian prince scam... The misspellings were intentional. It weeded out people intelligent enough to catch on to their scam. They were looking for the people who were very vulnerable and linguistic challenges were a way to gauge that vulnerability.  This gets into a bunch of related issues surely not permitted in this thread. If you're curious, just aks me.

I am closing the experiment with #12 that will be out within the next week or so. I have truly enjoyed this little experiment, but it is not for me. I am not cut from the radio/broadcasting/podcasting cloth. Only shitty thing is that I prepaid the website hosting for an entire year.
