No. I really was a tiny soldier within the trenches of said military. My parents sent the check (membership) and 7 months later I still had not received my KISS ARMY package. I remember my dad storming around the kitchen bitching about "they're a bunch of fucking jews" yada yada yada... After several letters sent to NEW YORK the package arrived months later.

Your memory serves you well. All my hard rock DEVIL records went to earthly Hellfire while I was on the road with a band.

@KSM, no, I don't mind at all.  Thanks for the mention.  I laughed when you talked about working on the show at your job-site & somebody was standing behind you, watching.  Haha, that was nicely described and I could picture it oh so well.

You are only on episode 10? Fuck! I was getting all worried I was going to be hours behind.

I thought Dwight Yoakum was an industry favorite. That must be the media machine spinning those wheels. 

Country is a very accepting genre. A lot of the bar rockers that I know all converted to country as they aged out.
