Most excellent!  Can we ask you questions of you here or is it a one way street kind of a deal?

Just to show you I'm trying to make an effort to be relatable, I had the Philly Cheese Stack from McD's yesterday. I can provide a review of that, or The Book of Mormon, that I saw a few months ago.

Regarding the Commonwealth.  Do you have any security responsibilities there?  For example there is a hunk of Guyana that has almost no population, tons of resources and borders Venezuela.  Awhile back, Venezuela was making noises that they were going to invade and snarf up that region.  If that had happened are you and the other Commonwealth nations on the hook to help Guyana?  Growing up on the border, we got Canadian TV so the only thing I know about the Commonwealth is the Games which seemed to consist of some dude from Saskatchewan trying to out run a guy from Trinidad and not making it.  There are the games and I imagine some trade considerations but what else is it good for?

Neither. Trunks. And, no, you can't have any.

Blimey. Way to bring to bring the party down, dude.

OK....As far as I know they're all on their own. It's not like NATO. If Indonesia attacked Australia I don't think we're obligated to send troops to help them out. They're all independent, it's just a way for people (mostly older people) to feel they're still in touch with the old country.

Thank you, caller.

I have been noticing the "random" ads running on Ellgab recently have been composed mainly of pricey ladies handbags from Bradford Exchange which depict whimsical cat scenes and Temu ads pertaining in to inexpensive winky, twinkly, blinky lights.  My question:  Do you think Bart Ell is screwing George and Kathleen out of their percentage?  Thank you.

I think there should be an emergency line item rushed through Congress to ensure that a portion of all your tax dollars should be devoted to making sure the gruesome twosome continual to wallow in Halloween gew-gaws and peach Snapple.

The McNasty's prompts the next question.  Are things bat shit crazy expensive out your way as well?  Mrs. Walks and I strolled over to our neighborhood establishment last night and had two Narragansett drafts and two simple Roast Beast sandwiches and it was $40 USD.  It's crazy here.  I'm guessing it is no better there but I hope it is.  I saw this dude on the Youtube and that seemed indicate maybe it wasn't so bad.

I don't think it's that bad. I got that burger, large fries and a coke for under 8 quid, which isn't bad. I went to a hipster hummus joint the other day and it cost about 10. I think it depends where you go. Gary's been reviewing for a while, sometimes goes in the same places as me. I'll probably get fish and chips later and I expect it'll cost about 12 quid. Burrito from Chipotle costs me about 9.

If you go out and buy beer, though, expect to get raped.

I occasionally go into Jollibee, which is actually quite reasonable. Art would have loved it, lots of cute, smiley Filipinas for him to select his next child bride from

Never been.  Don't have any near here.  Nearest one is up in Norfolk where the Navy base is.  Something to look out for I guess.
