I have this old gem from 1887 made by the Eight Day Dandy Line clock company out of New Hampshire at the time. It was a wedding gift to somebody I'll never know back in 1897 on March 18 of that year, that's what the little sticker/note on the back says. I wish it had names.. I still have the key and the thing works like a charm. Only problem is we don't keep iy wound and active because even though it sits a floor below our bedroom we'd still get woken up every hour.
No idea what it's worth, if anything. Nor have I looked into it.
