Trevor Bauer's channel is full of ballmarks too. He probably will make an excellent coach... Somewhere where they know he was lied about and sought out to be set up.

Eh, nevermind...

Isn't that dude in Japan now?  He's gotta be loving every minute of it.

I'm sure there's a line around the block of his apartment.

I switched cable back on for football season which means I'm seeing MLB for the first time this year.  These enlarge bases are absurd.  Why not make them 3-feet square?
Merry Christmas

The enlarged bases are there for comfy napping should a player tire out from hitting a double. Just stretch out on base. Niiiiiiiiiccee

They're not as bad as the DH, though.

I was remembering the other day how much I loved baseball growing up, how completely unwatchable it's become.

Listening to local sports talk radio the other day, one of them mentioned how ''boring'' a certain Giants game was due to low scoring.  To be fair, it's roughly 100% Warriors during basketball season, and 90% 49ers 49ers quarterbacks (ugh!) during football season, that's their expertise, but OMG.

So the latest controversy involving Curt Schilling is that he disclosed that Tim Wakefield has a (what is being reported elsewhere as a late stage) brain tumor and he wanted people to pray for Tim and his family... Tim Wakefield's wife has pancreatic cancer.

You got to wonder a married couple both having serious cancers concurrently. Cursed? Or living in a sick building or something.

Eh, nevermind...

Stumped on Christmas gifts for the baseball fan who has everything?

How about a piece of Mickey Mantle's childhood home?

I think it would blow most people away, well, maybe not, to think that there is an atom that was once in the body of Mickey Mantle, Marilyn Monroe, John F. Kennedy, maybe even Jesus floating around inside your body…

Doh!

Not sure why Ichiro Suzuki is pitching against a high school girls team but he dominated them.

Although there was a little bit of pay back.  Sit down Icky!

I gotta say, there's a lot of girls leagues in Japan for men's "things." I think there's a lot more all girls rock bands, biker gangs, fight clubs, war reenactment and hot rodders in Japan too. Women's liberation is more action-filled in Japan than their counterpart ls, whiny American bitches... 😁

Seeing a baseball team is par for the course. I love the smile when she struck out Ichiro.

I was reading about Zack Britton retiring. I went to his high school page and saw the colorful names coming out of this school...
