That's the problem with the South. Some times it isn't far enough south.

It got down to 41F here in SW FL a few nights ago but after hearing what some of the temperatures up north were on that same night I hesitate to mention it.

I did a search for it, but could not find the Tab Hunter routine that he did on the old ABC TV show, Fridays...

It would be very appropriate here. In case there is video available somewhere, I'm not going to spoil it.

I am wearing sweats under my jeans, a t-shirt under TWO sweatshirts!

Now, there's a group of people in t-shirts and a couple of them are in shorts just 100 feet away hanging out in the sun.

Can always be worse. It was -20F in Duluth this morning. Since it is up to -5 now, there are dudes out walking on Lake Superior.

It's 11F now.... and the HIGH tomorrow is ...11F!!!

All Dallas DART Rail operations are now suspended and will not return again until after 12am Thursday morning.

In my woods in 100 miles south, we lost power Thursday at noon and it is still out. They don’t think they will get it restored until at least Wednesday. It’s been below freezing there since Wednesday night.

It just dropped below freezing down here in Galveston county. Supposed to get 3-5” of snow tonight. At least we still have power here.

Crazy crazy.
