Are you talking about the back foot where it looks like her heel doesn't go all the way back to the shoe?  Looks like part of her heel was severed.

Yep, she's pushing into both toepads but one heel has a gap and the other looks like it's straining the shoe material. Ugg, I think you're right it's bad photoshopping. Not sure if I feel better or worse about that.
