With toothpaste, I usually buy whatever's on sale, within reason. I figure it's mostly all the same thing, and with marketing departments vying for shelf space we end up with about 300 different items to choose from.
Anyway, I'm about out of toothpaste, pick some up from the store, and end up with a box that says ''natural white with coconut derived charcoal''. Ok fine. Last night I open it for the first time, put a bit on the toothbrush, and it's black. So they went with ''natural'' instead of bleaching it or coloring it. Hell, they probably added coloring to make it uniformly black.
Anyway, turns out I close my eyes when I brush my teeth. Didn't realize I was doing that. I lean over the sink, open my eyes, and spit it out. Let's just say in that situation no one wants to see a sink full of black stuff that came out of one's mouth. And then look in the mirror and see dribbles of black toothpaste on one's chin.
Chrissakes, I'm not sure this is going to catch on.
