@BartEllProducer Lol  sounds good on paper, yes! But she's a fucking jock, swims and dives like an Olympian. My luck she'd catch a mean ol catfish down there and chase me around the park with it.  I'm going to have to watch my alcohol intake that day as I will no doubt be expected to  "perform"   that night and I don't do well under pressure!  Any other ideas?

Large casserole pot full of stew and a 10 inch round lemon drizzle....just tested the dumplings .. very good they are too, and I had to make them without suet!
