Unfortunately, the unit holds onto its settings like chrome on a tailpipe. Bought this in 1999 and it was in storage for a few (5-6) years and it remembered all the stations and settings, name tags, etc...

I will address it again when the house is empty.  Too many voices and doors opening and closing.

I stumbled across a Hallmark movie. I didn’t realize they did fantasy. It just showed the kitchen of a single man who is rearing his pre-teen nephew. The kitchen is spotless, sink empty, appliances under cozy covers, floor waxed and shiny. It looks almost as good as @KSM ‘s yard.

We did gumbo and of course the traditional black eye peas for luck and cabbage for prosperity in the coming year. Hoping they do a good job of it in 2020.  LOL
