The developer wrote down "sod installation" in the contract but what you got was "sog installation"

Drainage time!

There's gotta be a fescue that can take a soaking AND survive dry waves plus snow... Right? Zoysia?

May I recommend a rock garden? Or perhaps an in ground pool? I can recommend an excellent Gardner or Pool Boy depending on your tastes @KSM .
There was a little girl,
            Who had a little curl,
Right in the middle of her forehead.
            When she was good,
            She was very good indeed,
But when she was bad she was horrid.

I don’t think it’s Washington as much as not getting to hang around his guys all day on their knees artistically placing long faux wood products in their proper orientation.

Maybe he could come east and help @ShayP with that whole carpet fiasco thingy.
Are we having fun yet?

That can be traumatic in a slow, grinding way...  Do you have permission to work in the States?

Maybe it's time to do a YouTube channel on wood stuff... You know, how to clean your tools, how to pick your tools, how to use them, why not to loan them out, etc... 😁

Steve and Miss Molly had a call where some dude didn't winterize his irrigation system and turned the back flow valve into a great dirt bike impersonator:

Other than shitty waterlogged grass and that I've now eaten at Olive Garden,  no.

LOL! @GravitySucks  Any help KSM could give me would be appreciated, but alas, it is but a pipe dream.  I do not deserve illustrious, precisely installed flooring.  Nonetheless, my "carpet fiasco thingy" has remained in stasis.  The partially removed carpet is a constant reminder of my failures.  A reminder of my regrets.  I use the debacle as a form of self-flagellation every time I sit at my desk, as I am now.  I look around and ask myself, "What is my life?"  The paint splatter on the side of my filing cabinet still haunts me.  I could not remove it.  It is a permanent stain.

Woe is me.

Hahaha, Olive Garden brings up lots of memories.

The last time I went there, my server was really bad. I had small kids at the time and he was really, really slow.

2 years later he's working in a cubicle diagonally away from me. Still slow, nice guy, but definitely lacking in some critical thinking skills and practical knowledge.

4 years later, he's Dana White's friend and makes a small percentage of all of their sales. The last I checked, he's some VP somewhere. The guy is stupid as mud, pleasant guy still.

I haven't been to an Olive Garden in something like 16 years.

What's up with this woman selling jars of her farts for $1,000 a jar?

Stephanie was experiencing chest pains she feared were symptoms of a myocardial infarction, per a report from Jam Press. After undergoing some tests, she was informed her discomfort was the result of her eating a substantial amount of beans and eggs.

I bet a mass majority of the orders were from Howard Stern listeners...
