I will be going before the """COMMITTEE""" in the next few days to present my Speed-Bag case. I want to install (on my dime) a platform in the Gym/Fitness area/room of this complex. If they deny me they're heads will roll. Or, BOUNCE!
I actually feel the pain watching anybody do anything above their shoulders. I have so much crap going on with shoulder and ulnar nerve issues among many other things, it just is painful to think about. (This is true with a lot of things, woodworking, home improvement, working on cars, all of it generates this pain and a bit of sadness because I can't do a lot of this stuff anymore.)
When I was a teenager I did a bit with a speed bag. My brother had set one up in our garage but it had a metal ring frame to it, no flat panel. I'm sure that must have been horrible for the bag because the wear and tear on one particular narrow spot.
