I can't imagine being a parent of that child. Either they raised him to be wise, cautious, kind and loving and he really fucked up or they raised a fucking idiot. I vote for the latter.
Sure, there's going to be a big void, but considering that they raised a fucking idiot, I'm sure that they will gladly try to sue the cruise ship. Anyways, my kids' graduation presents weren't cruise ship trips (Natalee Holloway comes to mind - it is scary to think that my voice recognition spelled her name correctly). My kids got sensible vehicles, computers and things that would help them in their further education. That Louisiana family? They put him on a cruise ship.
