I went to a recently-deceased friend's Wikipedia page. They removed all references to his death and his last release.

I'll stick to the status quo for now... Dead friend is still dead, live friend is a busy dude.

When I say that I think cell phones killed most of my friends, I am serious. I think I lost a couple to HIV and related stuff. Alcohol got its share, but weird cancers have been the worst.

One person I could name without doxing myself is Kid Ramos. Fortunately, he lived. He was acquaintances with a friend of mine who was receiving cancer treatment at the same time at Kaiser. Ewing's sarcoma is considered a rare pediatric cancer yet he got it as an old man an inch away from where he kept his cell phone.

Another is Diane Gershuny. She kept her cell phone in her bra cup... That's where it all started for her.

Since this electronic leash and monitoring system is integral for other aspects of our future society, the truth about cell phones will never fully be disclosed.
