Negative. I went with something far less macho.

In white..

Is it Canadian-made? I know that Ford, Buick, Chrysler and Toyota/Lexus all have factories there.

@KSM Congrats on the new ride.  Both our vehicles are over 10 years old so been thinking about selling one and getting something a little fresher.  I'd like a truck - don't need a huge beast but just something that I could get a couple of sheets of plywood in or a load mulch, etc.  I don't want a turbo if I can avoid it - not a fan. Poking around some and it seems that just about all of the brands have a boat load of problems.  I think, I may like the Nissan Frontier the best [God help me]  and with Nissan at death's door you would think the dealer's would be more flexible on price but nope.  I'll wait awhile and see what happens - may just look for a '99 Silverado or something and go with three geriatric vehicles.

This poor bugger closed a deal on a 2025 truck and on his drive home from the dealership it had some sort of epileptic fit.  Didn't even get 10 miles on it.

Go with the Silverado! ?
A childhood friend of mine told me right at the beginning of what would turn out to be a 25 year friendship that he was an epileptic and how I would have to grab a spoon and hold his tongue in place should he have a seizure.  ::)  I was 8!   ::)

No idea where it was made. It has wheels and many other functions.  ;D

Check the first 2 alphanumerics of your VIN.

If your VIN starts with a 2, then its Canadian. J-Japan, 1, 4, 5 and now 7 are USA... 3 is Mexico. W, German.

Don't be shy to use your warranty...

I had one 3-VIN... 2015 model year.

Awful fit and finish.

Once you get a Mexican, you'll never go back 😁😁😁

Such a negative Nelly you are.

I'm liking it, Vera likes it too. We were out in wilderness snowing around today.

I took two non-alcoholic beers.
Had a placebo buzz.  ;D

Did a search on unburdening myself of Windows 10 bloatware that the computer comes with. Followed the steps found on a YT video (there are a few) and the results are amazing.  (((Fuel injection like)))  Perhaps this is something that you'll do yourself.

Bloatware? To each his own, I guess.

Strange, the last few computers I've had we're not weighed down so heavily with bloatware. I think my Lenovo only had that storage program that they want you test drive and then subscribe to. Everything else was pretty clean.

I do find it funny that my desktop, which was previously not suitable for Windows 11, is suddenly suitable for Windows 11. I guess Windows really wants to track me wherever I go. Bill Gates needs some bug eaters.

I had the W11 option which I did check out but then quickly reverted back to 10. I liked 7.

That used to be a real big thing at one time.  A software vendor would pay a manufacturer some cash to preload their crap.  Lenovo started pre-loading stuff that turned out to be malware and the little bit of money they received was insignificant to the bad press they got.  A few go arounds like that and the vendors started cutting back on the crap.
