One must take into account the temperature there on that day. If our critter had been out there overnight in subzero temperatures he may have been frozen in place.

That's a stalking position, snarl on the face... Too posed. My guess is that a new girlfriend moved in and told the guy to get rid of it. Or a man died and his widow got to finally get trash it.

What the hell is happening? I go from 823 down to 806, up to 824 and then right back down 2 days later...FICO is fucked up.

It's not like I have any new loans. I just presumed that there was a change in the law because this all started going up and down at the beginning of the year.

It may have been the timing of when your end of the month payment was reported, or if you charged a larger amount than usual that month.

It's weird. It just started in January. Nothing more, nothing less (my score dropped a lot after I paid my house off 10 years ago, from 849 to the 820s or so). The up and down stuff though...  I figure its some new rule. Maybe its "White FICO" or "DEI-FICO."

Once we became mortgage free our credit went considerably down without that regular payment. Of course it did. Vehicles were paid off too. It was an excuse to buy the airbnb house and later on that JEEP.
