I don't listen to the show but, apparently, there are some medals that are "secret" (although some of those are, or have become, public information and/or awarded posthumously)  but those are associated with various "intelligence" agencies: Distinguished Intelligence Star, Intelligence Star, Distinguished Intelligence Medal, etc.

And I have 'heard' that some of those who do 'black ops' can be awarded stuff and it's not in their service record book because those 'events' never happened.  Is that true?  Could be.  I don't fucking know.
