What I heard was the fun Heather in her element.  Being in her Jaguar listening to that kind of music driving around town.  She went off the deep end awhile ago and recent photos have shown her slowly becoming Art, in a weird selfie shoutout to fans.  The music helps recall the quiet days before the raging drama of today.

I saw a movie about this sort of thing, based on a true story.
It did not turn out well for that gal. Unless Heater gets help soon,
things may get dicey for her as well. (imho)
