It is quite possible that he's never hit Katie. he's all bought into that peace and love and talking like some new age evangelist thing.The thing is is most of them end up going back. Especially the ones that convert to religion to move on from a problem that puts them in jail a lot.

I know way too many people like that to think it's just coincidental.

I'm wondering if Heather did something or appealed to someone to delay the information or if it is part of an "ongoing investigation."

I wonder if the Nye County authorities realize Heather is committing all kinds of crimes, and this is part of a larger investigation. Heather receiving a firearm and weed through the mail may have raised their eyebrows. There's also Art's death and Heather claims to know the "truth" about that. Any cop with a couple of brain cells should have lots of questions for her.

Right now they're denying DH the opportunity to clear her name, they should explain that.

He mentioned going to someone's door in a veiled threat as recently as the 6 hr. Vara-Wade fest the other night.  In listening to his lingo, he seems unhinged and prone to violence, or at least threatening of violence, which is a form of violence and control.

There is a way I can appeal if I am unhappy with the process, if they stall again I will definitely be placing my unhappy hat on to skype them about it. I would guess there is some process that they have to adhere to regarding information requests such as this.

I figure your next step would be FOIA filing..I don't think you need a lawyer. Bureaucracies can dilly dally and slow roll because they answer to no one. They have to be forced to give what they're required to. A FOIA by a civilian group during the benghazi hearings is what discovered hillay's secret email server

BTW, she shouldn't have had to set up any kind of stream without LNM. I'm guessing the Neelys were only engineering her feed to LNM itself. If she's broadcasting independently to KCAA and Talk Stream Live, as well as the Black Swamp network that dropped her, she's already got everything she needs.

TSL just picks up my stream and carries it live; they only need to do the same thing with the feed she already has on her site.
