Who says shes doing it legally? She's doing it, and I don't think she gives a damn about the legality of it or not. Lowkey though it's groovy for programming to... but I don't think she should be listening to this and self medicating alone in her shack. After all the lack of sleep she, this all combines to a really freaky state of mind. I don't like it.
