Yeah, for sure! I'm now diabetic, but I am hypoglycemic and also have lived with insulin-dependent diabetics. A tablespoon of vinegar in water helps slow down the sugar absorption, as do fat, protein and bran. I use brown rice bran. Today, I was wondering if pudding can be made from a whole grain instead of refined corn starch! Anyhow, keep those pink, yellow and blue packets coming! More bakeries should use fake sugars and whole grains!
