A good indicator on fiscal situation would be when the taxes are due and when they are paid which I believe is part of the public record?

I don’t know how mortgages held privately work over there so not sure, and I don’t think that would be available anywhere?

How quickly could legal wheels be set in motion?

If she misses a payment and cannot pay, eviction can be started. Atleast in NJ you can.

from what i have understood Art sold her the house and he held the mortgage. I dont know about Vera. If he upgraded his lines, internet etc for her show , he may have a claim. Least amount breech of contract. He is desperate for money. I wouldnt put it past him.

Probably redundant news at this point, but Josh Chaires hasn’t seen any trace of Heather on his Skype for a while now, so she’s either blocking him or just not on.

If he upgraded his lines, internet etc for her show , he may have a claim.

None of that needed to happen.
They upgraded their stream for a total added cost of $6 a month.
As a "network" owner he had to do that for the 2 times their stream choked out at 1,000 listeners.
