I'd be willing to listen to her, have a heart to heart.  I doubt it would happen.  I sense if I offered her double what the pawn shop paid, she might look at it but... Uh, yeah...  Longshot of the year.

Being that the Bell V goes around $400-$450 (used) on a good day, the pawn shop probably paid $120-$150.  My goal would be to flip it for 8 Squier Strats.  I clean, adjust and modify them and give or sell them to kids (with my lifetime adjustments) or recovering people learning guitar to keep busy.
