The second guest last night, a guy who has written a book about 50s contractee George Adamski, was a piece of work. Early on in Syratt's interview, it quickly became obvious he knew more about Adamski than the guest. Instead of talking specifically about Adamski, he droned on and on with a new age/paranormal word salad that could be evolved into a woo buzz phrase generator Broughton would have been proud of.
The highlight of the interview was the guest, after being schooled a number of times by Syratt about Adamski, proclaiming he didn't know a lot about Adamski, but his story and beliefs were more important than his individual claims. This is basically the same thing Jeremy Corbell said about Lazar when he told Knapp and the C2C audience he didn't care if ol'Bob was telling the truth, what was important was his story.
