Marin County CA, across the Golden Gate Bridge from SF, has closed Pt Reyes National Seashore, Mt Tamalpias State Park, etc. Because so many people ignored the state's ''shelter in place'' order and flooded to these places, every city, town, county, state and federal park in Marin is off limits.
Since when does a county have the authority to close down state and federal parklands, under any circumstance?
