At first glance I thought that this was a Mule Deer hauling ass through some locked down town in perhaps, Wyoming.  A town that was going with a faux Alpine motif.   However, at the 3 second mark, the building has a big red sign with a bright yellow hammer and sickle in front of it and maybe Chinese writing on the building itself.  I'd assume that Asia has it's own Mule Deer equivalent but can anyone ID what kind of a critter exactly this is?

Maybe - they certainly have that white butt.  Our lad in the video seems stouter than most pix of them though.  He might just be a big boy.

He's just fat.  The antlers are right, and the white rump as you mentioned.

It's too small to see the characters on the signs, but I'm going to guess it's in China.  If it were North Korea I think there would be statues and huge posters of Dear Leader
