… Honestly, not one of you guys find it strange that loudest voices to get out there and get the economy moving is Trump who got a sack full of tests which he administrates to anybody who gets in the room with him...
This is a 2 part answer. 1) the president, any current president, is the single most necessary person in the country. No it's not strange everyone around him is constantly tested, and 2) the President is the one making decisions on this very tough issue, at least at the national level. He has more to consider than just the medical aspects of this. He thinks the country should be open, that the economy needs to get on track. I agree, this is not so deadly and dangerous that it's worth further across the board lockdown and damage to the economy, and damage to other aspects of society. There is a cost/benefit analysis that at some point favors ending this.
... Fox and Friends, THEY ARE FRIENDS, and they aren't even sitting next to each other. These guys are telling you to go out and mingle with strangers, but these buddies can't sit on the couch for a couple of hours? Does none of that make you go hummmm?...
Is that what they're telling people?
Honest question, no gotcha here. I don't watch Fox so I don't know. But has Laura or any of their host has been involved in a town hall with general audience? Have they even had a panel of let's say 5 people in studio...
Here's what Libs don't get. We didn't vote for Reagan because
he convinced
us of anything. We don't tune in to, say, Rush or Fox hosts (among others) because we need them to tell us what to think. We supported Reagan (and others) and consume certain media
because they agree with us,
because they share our worldview.
