The CDC changed the date.  Maybe the ads just get new dates after 6 months.  Some job postings do that.  Or, maybe they read Ellgab!  These screens had been published in other forums for months, prior to here.

At a local hardware & lumber outlet last week I was finally allowed to pay with Cash :)  I asked the girl behind the ridiculous plexiglass shield when it was coming down (I already knew the answer) she told me that there were no plans as far as she knew to ever take them down. A new Normal, if you will.

Also the Contactless Delivery when ordering food in will be part of this New Normal ::)  Not that I want interaction with Towelhead Raj Singh but I would like the option of human interaction to remain in place indefinitely.     But it won't as human to human interaction is slowly and completely phased out until your all good little citizens living in your box waiting on your next ration of Soylent Green.

Two items of note on today's bike ride.

On the way out, I saw an Xfinity truck's cherry picker being used to harvest apricots.  They even didn't laugh when I stopped, watched for a moment, and said something about Comcast finally being useful for something.  I guess not every single person on the planet despises them yet.

On the way back a lady walking her two dogs had their heads entirely wrapped with cloth of some sort - it looked like form fitting bags over their heads - I guess to ''mask'' against Wuhan.  Not sure if or how they could see, I just caught that glimpse as I went by.  It looked ridiculous, no doubt the dogs were thrilled (''Go for a walk?  Nah'').
