I think they been pretty upfront that the basic Level 1 (lab masks)  or Level 2 masks (surgical mask) are more for not spreading the virus if you have it without knowing but are not perfect for not receiving. even though there are degrees and they can help and reduce a chance of getting it but not enough to say it's a cure which is why social distancing is still a required.

That’s what they say, but it makes little sense unless you’re having a coughing fit.  It the virus will pass through the filter in one direction, it will in the other.

We've been hearing for years, decades, all the D-rat's policies are ''science'' (and everythig else is ''racist'').  Once something is politicized, people stop trusting it. 

Intentional or not, much of what we've been told about this - and was deemed ''science'' - has turned out to be not true, contradictory, or just plain wrong.  Much of what's ''allowed'' seems to be politically beneficial to those making the decisions. 

The results are what one would expect.
