Can't recall which thread we briefly discussed nautical adventure films but I came across this one. Critics seemed a tad harsh on it but I suspect that because the main character (Tom Hanks) is a patriotic bible reading sub captain who sinks enemy craft.  Very well made and the sound is great if you have a good system to crank up for those low water rumblings and much much more.  Enjoyed it very much did I.

Yeah - I have always wanted to watch that one as Dad was a Destroyer sailor during the war. It had been exclusive to AppleTV which I had no interest in but as time has gone there are other options now.  Thanks!

Just so we're clear, I had a BLT for breakfast. It didn't feel right having an eggless breakfast, so I made eggs about an hour after the sammich.  People don't know this, but it is important to salt and pepper the tomato slices. I busted a nut!  I can’t laugh at you anymore @KSM.  Cheap guitar stand equals falling guitars even without flying roundhouse back kicks.  At least it was my third favorite guitar and a strat.  I’ll have to figure out who works on guitars in the backwoods around here.

Ok, when you say "busted a nut" do you meant the headstock or the actual plastic or bone nut? A busted nut is an easy fix. Headstock requires some TLC. If it's a reasonably clean break you can fix it at home overnight. I'll tell you how if you like. Easier than you may think but there will be a scar at the break of course.

I just pulled the broken nut.  I’ll order a new one and slap it in.  I thought it would be more difficult.

Easy as changing a string. You order a bone/ivory or plastic nut? Default Epi is plastic but a bone nut makes for a better tone.
