'Just tossing a can at..'  I'd like to use that in everyday life.

Yeah, to get his goat.  I used to think that goats liked to eat the paper labels off the cans but I guess not.  On a list of things that goats like to eat, is poison oak.  Now I wouldn't have thought that.
