   1-26-23  The boys went to an auto show. I tried to ID the car but couldn't locate any 1923 models with that distinctive circular window.

2-17-23  Every so often the Boarding House storyline would follow current events. In this case, it was the discovery of King Tut, which occurred on November 4, 1922. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Discovery_of_the_tomb_of_Tutankhamun) The Major would acquire a small mummy case from a professor friend and instead of treasure, it contained some bottles of bootleg bourbon. (Notice the mummy's name is spelled backwards.)

I’ve toured his tomb, it’s a cool experience…
