Will they try to get away with killing Paul?

We have had our three musicians bunching. Now they've got to make cuckvid look dangerous again, I suspect we're going to get three actors of some sort. It's too early to have any politicians die.  Hold it... Bill Richardson just recently died, maybe they could do a couple of quick politicians to get our "comes in three" thingy going.

I know I've put it in this thread ages ago, there's a million once or currently famous musicians over 75 years old right now.
Eh, nevermind...

How is this number arrived at?  I seriously doubt if I could even name more than a few thousand people, famous or otherwise.

Actress Gayle Hunnicutt died on August 31, and just to show you how out of the loop I was in regards to her passing, I was right in the middle of watching the 1980's miniseries The Martian Chronicles and didn't realize it was her until the credits were run on part two.  She played the part of Rock Hudson's wife in the production.  It is a wonderful miniseries and I absolutely love it, despite the fact that Ray Bradbury wasn't all that pleased with it.  But what the hell did he know about it, after all he was just the guy who wrote it.  She also played the role of the beautiful Irene Adler in the very first segment of the Jeremy Brett, The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes series on Granada Television.  She was also married to actor David Hemmings for awhile, if that pulls any weight.  Regardless, I can honestly say that I love her.  Rest in Peace, Gayle.

A beautiful woman. She married the journalist Simon Jenkins, who writes for the Guardian. I remember her as Irene Adler.

I saw rumblings. She was that old?  Yikes. My brother, was a bodybuilder before he got into acting... and porn. 😲

I should clarify he did soft core stuff for Playboy channel. That didn't matter to all the creepy stalker men who came by looking for him. They didn't care he was doing hetero porn.
Eh, nevermind...

What a voice. Guess he was still in his 30's when that song first became a hit. He looked a lot older than that though.

I guess you were strutting your stuff in the dive bars of Detroit to his stuff. Probably affecting a pipe in a doomed attempt to look cool. When I was growing up TV was stiff with folksy types like him and another bloke called Val Doonican. I am anxiously counting the days until that insufferable cheesedick Daniel O'Donnell goes the same way.

Ya' know, it's the death thread. Can you please keep it classy, and try refraining from needling others in these times? My goodness, man!

For years I wondered who "Val Doonican" was after his introduction by the Bonzos in "The Intro and the Outro."  Years later I was in the Ireland and heard RTE (Irish radio) do a show with him.  The Bonzos nailed him in their song.

Eric Clapton on ukulele... Almost prophetic.  Considering George Harrison preached the uke to him.

Wasn't Liberace on flute?
Eh, nevermind...
