Here is Mrs. Thompson's answer to Constant's hair loss.  All you have to do is fill in the blanks, and you will rack up some points.  I think that there are 8 blanks by my count, so that means 8 guesses only.  You don't have to write the whole thing out, just list your answers.  Have fun.

A small quantity of (blank) massaged
into the scalp nightly is as good as
anything to restore falling hair.
The following formula is also considered
good:
(Blank), eight ounces; tincture of
(blank), one ounce; oil of (blank) (blank),
one half dram; oil of
(blank) one half
dram.  Apply to the roots of the
hair
(blank) or (blank) a day.

Judge Joseph Wapner was born 100 years ago today.

Biography of Judge Wapner: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joseph_Wapner
Quote
On June 27, 1986, Wapner appeared on the Tonight Show to hear a case of David Letterman vs. Johnny Carson over alleged damage to the headlight of Letterman's pickup truck when Carson had the truck towed to the studio. Wapner ruled in favor of Letterman, granting him $24.95.

This is a good quiz for Double Points Friday because there are a number of questions contained in it.  Dimples has three questions numbered but I count six.  Ten bonus points will be awarded if you can guess how much was charged for a dancing lesson. (20 points total 'cause it is Double Points Friday.)
