Thing is, I've been trying to listen to Red Eye Radio and they often sound like a couple of hens. I know that they're not using direct news sources, but have some research assistant who makes notes for them. They are difficult to stomach, but much better than George..

I've tried with those guys for years, they are awful, especially Gary the one from Buffalo. All they do is rehash what they've heard and read from the top right wing influencers and media people during the day - then Gary claims whatever these well known people have to say is exactly 'what WE told you' months/years ago - he fancies himself very well versed in the economy. They're not morons but they're boring, like two retired guys making conversation while watering their lawns in suburbia.

Essackly my point. They are completely ignorant and probably have some 20-year-old taking notes. Not just on politics either, they were really wrong with the Amber Heard trial. They were repeating stuff that I absolutely watched live and they got it wrong.

A few days after the text message controversy at the White House happened, they kept on conflating knowing who did it and knowing how it was done. They were basically making it one and the same and claiming that the White House was being deceitful. I had to put up with that or listen to George. I chose to call the show and I clarified that they could have known who did it but not known how it happened. For the rest of the show, they didn't bring it up again. They're fucking idiots. The problem is, there's nothing else on.

I hate listening to music on the radio. It's the same shit repeated over and over and it's not even the good shit.

Noory and Tommy tonight are really promoting their upcoming live event that is less than 2 weeks away now...
Close enough for @Walks_At_Night  to give us an in person report.

No can do Hoss.   I think I might have liver pain that day or something.  Maybe if the Numbers Broad was there I'd gut it out.

Although there is one VIP Seat [yellow] still available as shown below.  With VIP you get a personal phone call from old Dave Noorie himself.  I'd probably bring up an email I once sent to him suggesting Detroit's legendary TV/Radio weatherman Sonny Eliot as a guest.  Eliot was a joy and a treat - he'd crack jokes during his spot and would munge together words for his forecast.  "Tomorrow will be hot and a muggy for a combination of huggy weather out there".  He was also an interesting guy - Jewish, born Marvin Eliot Schlossberg.  During the war he was a B-24 bomber pilot who was shot down over Nazi Germany - figured being a Jewish guy that was bombing Germany was not a good look.  So He threw away his dog tags and became Sonny Eliot.  Figured he might make a good guess for an hour.  Noorie wrote back with "Sonny is a great friend of mine".  ::)

Plenty of seats for any that want to fly in though.  You could check out the Nascar Hall of Fame, some over priced press board garbage at the Charollote Ikea and then hit up Noory singing Tiny Bubbles.

Samantha Fey is so taken with George, the leading photo on her Instagram page is her standing in front of the Gaia studio sign before her interview.   Guess she made it, she was on "Beyond Belief."  Her parents must be very proud.

Tonight Noory's second half guest covers the old John Titor time traveler story yet again...
I remember when Titor was posting on Keith Rowland's old message board over 20 years ago.

Years ago, I got off work at 3AM.  For the ten-minute ride home, it was either Red Eye or Coast.  With Red Eye, the news would end, the theme would come on, they'd give the phone numbers and they were off and running.

For Coast, the news would end, there would be a 3-minute plus bumper music song.  Ross Mitchell would announce that you're listening to C2C.  Then Snoory would tell us what's coming up next.  Then they'd go to commercials.  By the time I got home ten minutes later, I still hadn't heard one second of actual show content.  That happened one time, and I went to Red Eye for good.  Haven't tuned in Coast since.

I wish I remembered the day I stopped listening.  One day I realized I hadn't tuned in to the Snorge for a while and that was it.

I do remember the last time I listened to Art Bell.  He was only on once a month or something like that, so instead of needing a variety of guests and subjects to fill a daily show he was concentrating on just a few of his pet subjects, which was fine, they just weren't what I necessarily wanted to hear over and over.  ''Consciousness'' being one of them.  The last time was when he had some kooky lady named ''Starfire Tor'' on to talk about some bullshit.  It was just too much.  That had to have been towards the end of his run as a weekend fill in on Coast.

She struck me as looking like a zombie Lorraine Newman.

Dannion Brinkley, just ahead of his eagerly awaited appearance in Charlotte, appeared on Will Cain's FNC show.  He looks and sounds old.

I believe that Dannion is the same age as Noory!
