Doesn’t Canada use the metric system and you mean 10.75 cm not 10.75”?

Go ahead and laugh, but KSM has a tight, bouncy ass.  It's a lot of fun when he really gets going.

I am not laughing at all, I am just reminding @KSM of how much fun Mr. Martha Raye had.

@KSM have you ever eaten an Italian Beef sandwich?

Go to this place on University in Denver. Order a beef/sausage combo “wet” with sweet and hot peppers. And a side order of fries.

They aren’t quite as good as the ones you would get in Chicago but they are passable. The bread just isn’t quite right.

@GravitySucks
No I have not. But that sounds quite good. Beef sausage with sweet and hot peppers? I'm there.  :)

PS: I snapped me a picture of your post. I shall not forget!  I'll treat @PolkaDot to lunch. She'll drive.

She only eats one hotdog per year, or so I’m told.

The hot peppers they use are called “sport peppers”. You can actually skip those and put a couple of spoons of the giardeneira relish on the sandwich. The relish is in a container on the counter where they hand you the food. The gravy is the consistency of an aus jus. Lots of garlic and black pepper flavor. That’s why you order it “wet” or “dunked”. It makes for a more flavorful sandwich but it can get messy.

@KSM Is that your guitar as your avatar.  (That rhymed. Should be a song title)  Anyway, it immediately reminded me of Return of the Living Dead.

Brains!

I'm going to be making this tomorrow for dinner:

https://iowagirleats.com/crock-pot-italian-beef-sandwiches/

There are only five ingredients, and three of them are not to be found here.  Pepperocinis I got through "a friend."  I am making my own giardiniera (currently in the flavor blending dwell) and my own Italian dressing mix.  Oh, and hoagy buns are also not available here, so I will have to bootleg with some French bread batards.

Had a quick taste of the giardiniera, and it is sublime.  I can already imagine it on the sandwich.
