Neely, who I have previously reported as having been investigated and subsequently arrested by the FBI in connection with his participation in the January 6, 2020 US Capitol "riot" is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on January 20, 2022.  And whos home in SE Washington, DC was destroyed in a fire (now under investigation) the night of December 7, 2021, is a career criminal and has claimed to have served in the US Navy as a SEABEE and US Navy SEAL.

Neely now faces a number of charges related to Jan 6:

(1)PUBLIC MONEY, PROPERTY OR RECORDS; Theft of Government Property.
(2)TEMPORARY RESIDENCE OF THE PRESIDENT; Enter and Remaining in a Restricted Building.
(3)TEMPORARY RESIDENCE OF THE PRESIDENT; Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct in a Restricted Building.
(4)VIOLENT ENTRY AND DISORDERLY CONDUCT ON CAPITOL GROUNDS; Violent Entry and Disorderly Conduct in a Capitol Building.
(5)VIOLENT ENTRY AND DISORDERLY CONDUCT ON CAPITOL GROUNDS; Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in a Capitol Building.

@WAN: Not sure what you mean my friend. "Post-it over" in the what?  I did find a connection between Michael Vara and Neely. Seems they traded "blows" over accusing each other of beating their wives or girlfriends..I am not posting that BS.  But the "Heatherverse" what exactly is that?

Apparently, Vara wanted to publish a book and Neely jacked him around.  Vara claims he never got anything and wanted the "rights" back...this was 2-3 years ago.  They posted threats, slander, photos of Neely's gal with black eye etc.
