The thing with Joyce Riley came to a "head" one morning in the winter of 2014 ( soon after Gunner died in an accident) when I heard her on GCN interviewing Marshall Masters. I sent her an e-mail asking her why she had not responded to my background research before having him on as a guest. I wrote that he was a fraud and had stolen the Kolbren from people in New Zealand and published it himself as a "Bible". And that his references to King Edward 1 (Longshanks) were totally untrue.
Riley proceeded to read my mail to her live on air, and challenged me to call into the show to confront Masters, which I eventually did. It was messy. Masters avoided my questions and called me a "denier" and a "fundamentalist". (This is the same asshole who had predicted "Planet X" for years).
She ended her show by apologizing and saying "I didn't want it to turn out this way".
I never communicated with Riley again, or listened to her. She died from cancer not long after.
