David Anderson update:
I recently received a response from the NPRC regarding my FOIA request for the military record of David Lewis Anderson. The NPRC found no record of Anderson serving in the USAF from 1983-1987.
I also submitted a complaint to the Internal Revenue Service (Dec 29, 2021). That complaint included links to my investigation of Anderson and his charity World Genesis Foundation as well as information about his whereabouts and activities in and around Quartzite, Arizona. This included prior and recent purchases or sales of properties as well as businesses or 501C3 ventures including a school and "youth manufacturing" charity for which he received donations from people staying on his properties.
I provided links to videos on YouTube where Anderson was filmed addressing the Quartzite Town Council after at least of his "businesses" was shut down by the Town because he refused to obtain the necessary permits required.
Today, I received a response from the IRS "Tax Exempt and Government Entities" office in Dallas, TX.
The response reads (in part): " Thank you for the information you provided on 12-29-21. The IRS has an ongoing audit program to ensure compliance with the Internal Revenue Code (IRC)"
"We can't disclose whether we have initiated an investigation based on the information you submitted, and we can't disclose the status of any investigation. If you later have additional information you think is relevant to this matter, please attach a copy of this letter to the information and send it to the address above."
