There are a ton of churches in Louisville, more per capita than any other place that I have been to. I used to go to Louisville often when I lived in Lexington.

Yeah, I took a few pics that I wanted to post but the rain ruined the quality. There is a lot of money in the construction of those churches!

You get a plate of that on a cold dank winter day and your world will wake right up!

Indeed. Of course, we could say the hell with cold weather and enjoy some boudin, crawfish balls, and shrimp rolls on the Bayou!

This is R's Place in Morris, Illinois. Home of the Ethyl burger. 3 pounds of meat. Three pounds of toppings. If you can eat it in under an hour - it's free!

Yep, that aint chili but spaghetti sauce though I know, for some reason, folks up there call it chili. Waaay too much tomatoes in that "chili." If you insist of having some don't put that many!

Did you know that originally Wolf Brand Chili was sold in chili "bricks?"

Yes, Sheldon Cooper taught me everything I need to know about chili! If I remember correctly, there were no beans in the chili spaghetti but there was more tomatoes - big chunks! Also, there was cocoa in it.
Bricks. I could see the efficiency of it, for sure.
I wonder how they preserved it?
