@albrecht I stopped at that truck stop in Little America, Wyoming. It was okay, more of a novelty place, really. There was a family oriented side and a truck driver side so I kept to the driver's side(this time).
For a Saturday evening, I still managed to get a shower and my laundry done, which surprised me. The food was standard fare with about a %15 mark up so I just grabbed a few items off of the shelf. The two items that caught my eye were huckleberry soda and a scorpion sucker.
The sucker was awful and I threw it away but the soda was very unique and I enjoyed it.
There was room for around two hundred trucks so it will be something to keep in mind if I am running the mountains in the evening.
Also, the town fire department and post office were in the same parking lot!
If I ever get some extra time, I will hustle to get there and hang out for a few days at the hotel and visit the bar.
Lastly, everything was clean and the people were friendly so if you are ever up that way - I'd give it a go! ☺
