Oh, c'mon.  Nectarines are MUCH tangier, with a firm, lasting mouthfeel!  Who wants to eat or peel a bunch of squirting fuzz.  But apricots take the cake.

Your stupid opinion doesn't have to be my stupid opinion.

Peaches or nothing.
Though a nice, ripe pear isn't terrible.

I told myself I wouldn't have dirty thoughts today and share innuendo regarding said thoughts based on the highlighted quote.  So all I'll say is I love peaches and hate apricots.  Nectarines are okay.

Why are peaches Fuzzy? I don't like the fuzz.
Peach fuzz is a defense mechanism that protects the fruit from insects, bacteria, and rainwater. The fuzz wards off bugs attracted to the sweet fruit. Due to the strange texture of the fuzz, insects are less likely to land on the peaches and eat the fruit. Additionally, the tiny hairs support rain droplets and prevent them from siting directly on the delicate skin. During light showers or morning dew, the skin stays dry and the peaches are less prone to bacteria and rotting.

You all realize you're woman, right? Talking/posting like that about those things? Let's roll things back a few generations to when woman knew better than to make mention of, let alone laugh and joke about such things.  It's not funny.

I'm going to assume that this is your sorry attempt at sardonic humor and that you're not being an ass. I'm choosing to think this because one is a purposeful and endearing attempt and the other is an unfortunate circumstance of breeding and rearing and I am an optimist.
There was a little girl,
            Who had a little curl,
Right in the middle of her forehead.
            When she was good,
            She was very good indeed,
But when she was bad she was horrid.

What is your preference, peaches or nectarines?
I used to far prefer nectarines, but the past few years, peaches.  They don't feel as fuzzy as they used to.  Have the peaches changed or is it me?

Breeding and rearing? I take my chances with the superior genetic toolbox I was gifted. Now get in the kitchen where you belong. Go on.. do as you're told.
I have two sheds. One wooden, and one aluminum. These are the sheds I know I know.. These are the sheds I know.
