Hahaha levine looked like Donald Sutherland in Invasion Of The Body Snatchers at the end when he spots a normal human and does that mouth wide open with pointy finger, GWAAAAAAAAAAA Either that or he saw Godzilla breaking into the back of the arena
Emmet was on CTM? I'll be doing that episode tonight! Thanks! @ShayP
I hated that scene from Invasion Of The Body Snatchers.
@KSM32 Creeped me out man! Anyway, the CTM show with Rik is 2 hours and 11 minutes long. Rik comes on near the 51-52 minute mark. You know JBW has to do his 'thing' beforehand. After Rik comes on, he stays until the end. Not a lot of backstory about Triumph though. Damn good interview regardless. He does talk about some projects the bandmates became involved in, personal philosophy, music theory, his stint as a professor, etc. I didn't know much about him but he seems like an ultra-chill dude. I also didn't realize he is a guitar virtuoso. I knew he was good but...wow.
9/4/2020 episode. Here's a blurb:
Tonight we are joined by first-time guest Rik Emmett, the guitarist & lead vocalist of the legendary Canadian rock band Triumph. Rik discusses with us his musical career which has featured multiple gold and platinum albums with Triumph as well as his solo career accomplishments and much more. We conclude our interview with Rik and a longtime Triumph Super Fan whom we honor tonight for his courage and bravery.
