Thousands of years from now they will dig us up and call us the culture that worshiped plastic idols and looked at plastic screens all day. Laptop scrying!

Nurse practitioners here have to have credentials.

I will admit, I usually prefer nurse practitioners to doctors.  They take more time with people and actually listen.
There was an odd article in the NYT that seemed to imply some interesting things such as actual time with patient helped, even with placebo effect, and that the placebo effect might have some actual, identifiable reason:

She had no training in diagnosing and treating genetic disorders. She is a np for a Family MD. Yet she knew where to send me and how to help because she had the knowledge.

Just where the hell is Atlantis anyway?

In the Mediterranean Sea, the Atlantic Ocean, or some crackpot place like near Indonesia?

All you have to do is put a "PRESS" sign on your lapel, Fedora, or on your dashboard and you are good to go. Alex told me so...

All of the above. Some even claim it was a worldwide antediluvian culture. Another theory is the USA is the "New Atlantis" Others claim Plato's story was a teaching story, an allegory.

My favorite Atlantis is at the Kennedy Space Center.

Yes!

I took my daughter to a place in Roatan called Anthony’s Key Resort where she got to train dolphins and got certified in scuba. Hope I always remember that trip.

Heard them all. Be nice to find some ruins to explore.
