Ask Solaris Blue Raven to say this ten times as fast as she can.

Ah, Solaris. :) She's definitely memorable.

So the whole "15 miles uphill both ways" is just A LIE?!

Actually, there is. Some charge rates that would make an attorney blush.

And some, a very very few, are worth it if you really need some guidance. But very few.  ;)

I don't know what Dave interrupts and asks how flesh and blood can control spirits? Yet Dave lives in a world where he goes on ghost hunts and sees fresh and blood removing spirits from homes all of the time.  visitors can't see pics , please register or login

Did Salomon have power in controlling spirits? Or did he sell his soul and they granted him wishes?

When I was going to school, my mom gave me 60¢ a day for public transportation. 30¢ for each way. School was 5 miles away from home. But once I smelled those fresh cinnamon rolls right out of the oven in the cafeteria, I was in love. But they cost 25¢. How could I get one?

Yeah, I walked 5 miles to school and saved 30¢ so I could have one. And yes, they were so good and worth every minute of walking to school. How long did it take me to walk 5 miles? About an hour and 20 minutes.

North of Chicago, there is a road called Half Day Road. The story how it got its name we were told was it would take most people a half a day to walk there from Chicago (the common form of transportation back then). I believe it is about 20 miles from Chicago, so about a 6 hour trip by walking. So that sounds about right to me.

The capability of building a powerful enough rocket to launch something to orbit or be able to pay someone to launch it is about 95% of the hurdle to any nation or company that wants to launch something into space.

The second principle is once you are in orbit you are half way to anywhere.

CTA. I went to Processor Vocational HS (wasn't coed back then) which is why my school was so far away.
