Abolishing public hangings ruined weekend outdoor entertainment.
Very true.

Roberto Luongo, Twitter legend, has retired.
Vancouver will get slammed hard because of this.
The Canucks face a penalty of $2,840,124 to their cap space for each of the next three seasons. Florida’s punishment is $1,287,209 — lower because it did not benefit as much from the contract structure.

His previous tweet was pure genius.

Lu was as entertaining as they come. Hawks fan here, hated him in Vancouver, unless he was giving up 5 a night.

Gotta wonder if Bob and Breadman are Florida bound now.

Glad to see this thread has some burps of life...

Hawks continue to be such trash.

Curious to see where Hall goes since New Jersey is a dumpster fire.

Also, the #metoo going on in the NHL with players and coaches, lawd, how far will they go back?! Latest victim was the Stars coach, but they said it was before the current meetings.

I'm still waiting for a healthy Penguins team that fires on all cylinders.  It seems like they've been snakebitten with injuries for an eternity.  I'm glad Malkin is playing well again.  He's one of my favorites.  He had an off year last season, but even still I feel the local press in Pittsburgh criticizes him too much.  It's all about Saint Crosby who does no wrong.   ::)

Shea Weber wraparound goal.
Who thought it was possible in 2019?
Thanks, Penguins!
