@ShayP  Good Call!  That one also goes extremely well with a late night campfire at the river. But best if you're alone and between 1-3 am as you sip your whiskey from the bottle and nurse your flames.

I really liked the Some Girls album.

That was my first Stones record.  I don't even know how many times I played that thing.  Still probably my favorite of theirs.  I have an original album cover with ALL the faces.

I like the ones where they let Keith sing, so Before They Make Me Run is a favorite, ''Worked the bars and sideshows, along the twilight zone... Booze and pills and powders, you can choose your medicine... I wasn't looking too good but I was feeling real well...'' lol.

At the height of the disco era several rock bands made albums with a touch of disco flavor, the Stones with Some Girls, Rod Steward Blondes Have More Fun, several others - even the Dead with Shakedown Street.

The scenario you described is ideal. @KSM  Especially the 'alone' part.  Oh, and of course the whiskey.  Actually all of it.

I was having a very slow wake up this morning. So came here for some music and commentary. You guys did not disappoint. I don't think I ever heard "Wildflower" before. Lovely and melancholy and he has a beautiful voice. Then some cool 70s Festival Rock and finishing off with one of the Great Guitar Gods. So I also downloaded a re-mastered "Bridge of Sighs" to my "Night Music" playlist. I can't believe I missed that one
