I am not at all surprised when Alice ultimately smashes the chair.
But.
Even after allllll these years later, I am STILL pleasantly
shocked when he breaks his cane earlier when striking the chair. It feels so unscripted when that cane shard violently shears screen left.
And at this late date, I am vastly more interested in that beautifully shaped lead guitar than in the shape of the errant no talent bimbo.
Properly maintained, that guitar will last another 200 years. Easy.
