Fortunately, San Diego County does have laws about that. The Humane Society are gun-carrying, badge-wearing law enforcement when it comes to the doggies. Barking all day will bring an officer out. They will also get a warning letter.

About a year ago I lost patience with it here and ended up waking the neighbors up at 2am to take care of it.  You have to go in hot or they won't take you seriously.  I still had to go over there a half dozen times, they no longer speak to me, but the barking stopped. 

Gee, I sure miss those driveway chats, not.  Saves me from buying overpriced Girl Scouts cookies as well...

Scammers usually have a modicum of intelligence. Those horrible emails with tons of misspellings and unconventional use of language are intentional. Their targets need to be easier to trick. In a word, easy to pull one over on.

Well, timeshares have been a long known problem with people lacking common Sense. When I lived in Las Vegas, I knew a ton of people who were gaming the system with their timeshare. The problem is is that probably 90-95% of timeshares are losing propositions.

So what does a criminal organization do?

That's right, they target people who have bought timeshares... They target those who want to get out of them and are desperate .

What is up with Apple? My iPhone 15 Pro Max is slower than my new pixel 8 Pro (The same app on different operating systems), pictures in the same situation look better on the Pixel, probably because of AI, and my pixel 8 pro seems to be brighter even though a spec is supposedly the same...

Could it be all those reviewers are skewing their results? Is it the Apple Jedi mind trick?
